You know it and I know it. Spinning our wheels trying to decide what to do is procrastination food. It can zap motivation and throw wrenches at the best of intentions, especially when we're tight for time. That's why so many love just show up group classes and personal training sessions. Minimal mental energy required. 

I'm a huge believer in "do what you can, with whatever you have, wherever you are." And packing such a fantastic full body training punch — not to mention being massively fun — kettlebell swings are my go-to favorite. While programming 100 reps isn't brain surgery, sometimes a 3 minute savings can be the difference between getting it done and not. Over 101 finishers, that's 5 hours of time saved.

And for more social exercisers who like a training buddy, I'm doing it with you, just like if you were in my small group classes, for less than the cost of a bottle of water.

Swing Variations

Two hand, one hand, hand to hand, swing switches, roundabouts, dead stop, bent elbow swings, freestyle and combinations.

Programming Parameters

Movement snacks, technique practice, rep ladders & pyramids, work to rest intervals, random reps, density boosters, breath resets & heart rate informed.

Tools

Interval timers, clock, stopwatch, heart rate monitor, cadence pacer, dice, cards.

Difficulty Levels

Easy, medium and hard is relative. Switch it up with a different kettlebell or +/- rest.

A huge hello from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. This 101 Swing Finishers video project has turned from a fun, "we're in this together" training series into a labor of love and gratitude practice. It's so weird to be talking to the camera like it's a person, but that's exactly what's going on and I hope you can feel that.
